About Adampan: Your Partner in Agriculture
“Adampan” is a natural collective farm. Established in 2010 by Mr. Uruthiramoorthy, this farm produces all the food components from rice to vegetables, fruits, milk, fish, eggs, meat, etc. in a natural way. The aim of this farm is not only to sow good seeds in the soil but also to sow good thoughts in the minds of the youth. There are many Europeans who want to spend their holidays by engaging themselves in daily farm work through WWOOFing. There has been an increase in the search for innovative travel experiences like WWOOFing among us. We provide a platform for you to cook your own food, enjoy a swim in the farm pond, and enjoy the natural beauty of Adampan village in addition to engaging in daily farm work.

Farm Field
If agriculture is to be non-toxic and environmentally friendly, it must be based on natural methods. In that way, Adampan Farm Field provides an opportunity to learn natural farming from students graduating from agricultural colleges to everyone who is interested in learning agriculture!

Farm Forest
We cleared forests and cultivated them, and later built cities as artificial forests. We boasted of all these as the glory of our science. But today we are struggling to find a way to neutralize carbon. The climate threat we face is the result of not realizing that living in harmony with nature is the real science. Farm Forest is a new initiative that shows that forests can absorb the carbon dioxide we emit and provide not only pure oxygen but also food for us; shelter for many animals; and natural wildlife for nature! Farm-gate marketplace
On the 12th, the evening farmers’ market, Farmgate “Angadi”, was inaugurated in Adampan, Mannar. Every Thursday from 3 pm to 6 pm, farmers who produce non-toxic vegetables can sell their products directly to the public through the market.
It is noteworthy that this market in Adampan is the first ‘Farmgate Organic Marketplace’ in the North, which was formed through the efforts of the Natural Way Movement. Not only organic vegetables, but also traditional rice, natural foods, and chicken, pigs, ducks, quails, turkeys, goats, etc. can be obtained.
